It was our intention to hold the Annual Meeting at the Clubhouse this year. But with the rise in Covid cases, we do not think that would be the prudent thing to do. For those property owners that did not mail in your proxy votes, you are welcomed to drop them off at the Clubhouse on January 8, 2022.

You are then encouraged to call in to an audio conference on January 8, 2022, at 11:00 am by dialing 712-832-8330 and enter Access Code 4742246. The purpose of the audio conference is to give all property owners the opportunity to concurrently hear any proceedings, comments, or questions that might arise from the presentation.
